Product Overview
HappyDonate is an organization to help people donating their old clothes,toys,etc for the partner charities through donation collection from home service.Our product is a tool for the organization to execute their service.
Responsibilities
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.
Problem Statement
Many people who like to make donations however don’t have the time due to their schedule or unable to donate due to seamless process.
Goals
Design an app and website that allows users to donate easily from home by schedule pickup goods.
User Research
I conducted unmoderated user interviews with 10 participants who aged between 25-60 years and who donate goods through online to understand their insights, painpoints and needs.

Competetive Audit
Starting the Design
I started the design by Digital Wireframes,Low Fidelity Prototypes and conduct Usability Studies to reiterate the design.
Digital Wireframes
As the initial design phase continued, I made sure to base screen designs on feedback and findings from the user research.
Low Fidelity Wireframes
Using the completed set of digital wireframes, I created a low-fidelity prototype. The primary user flow I connected was looking for the charities partnered,booking a pickup schedule for collection and in-app navigation so the prototype could be used in a usability study.
Usability Study
Mockups
Based on the insights from the usability studies, i applied design changes like providing a icon to book for the collection in home page for easier use.
Selection of date to book is more useful for users rather than entering a date to book.
High Fidelity Prototypes
The final high-fidelity prototype presented cleaned user flows to book pick-up schedule easily and quickly.It addresses the main user pain points by the design which is user friendly.
Responsive Designs
The designs for screen size variation included mobile,tablet and desktop. I optimized the designs to fit specific user needs of each screen size and device.
